Hasło: password
Potwierdź Hasło: retype password
Wpisz: "World" (bez "") : Retype text "World" without ""

Uwierzytelnianie: Validation
(To make sure you are not a robot, please type what digits you see in the image right)
change in column: Język Forum: to - English
Press button "Wyślij" - (Submit)
3) Your account has been created. However, this forum requires account activation,
an activation key has been sent to the e-mail address you provided.
Please check your email for further information
